Google search algorithms are not impartial. They can be biased, just like their designers.
      Submit and support existing organizations:
- Get involved with the World White Web project that aims to change the white hands that come up on Google Image Search for “hands”
- Get involved with the Algorithmic Justice League by coding to provide inclusivity, researching algorithmic bias or contributing artistic skill.
- Get involved with or support Black Love Power, a campaign to highlight black love on the internet.
      Support women, POC, and other marginalized groups in their pursuit of             computer science fields.
    So we can change some of these numbers:
      Joy Buolamwini, a Ghanaian-American computer scientist and digital activist based at the MIT Media Lab says, "If you       test your system on people who look like you and it works fine then you're never going to know that there's a problem.”
